Rebecca passionately imparts empathetic messages of purpose and empowerment, resonating whether she's speaking from the pulpit or engaging with corporate audiences. Together with her husband, Pastor Jonathan Germain, they lead Vive City Chapel, a multicultural and multi-generational church based in Miami, Florida. Through her work, Rebecca truly showcases that we all possess an incredible capacity for growth, transformation, and sincere fulfillment.

Pastor Vanessa Gracia Cruz

Vanessa Gracia Cruz is a speaker, businesswoman, and communicator who lives in South Florida. Together with her husband and father, she leads and administrates Harvesters of Life Church, which has been named the fastest growing Spanish-speaking church in the country. As the oldest of four children, Vanessa decided to carry her mother’s legacy when she passed away in 2013. Although it was the most difficult season of her life, Vanessa teaches how this season formed her ministry, giving her a message of hope to share with those who are grieving or going through difficult circumstances. Out of this passion, she founded “Clothe the Girl” a non-profit based on Proverbs 31:25 designed to clothe and provide for victims of sex trafficking and other young women in need. Today Vanessa travels all over the world sharing her testimony and inspiring others to rise above their difficult circumstances and flourish!

After a successful career in the corporate world, God called her to ministry. Her compelling stories and passionate teachings have allowed her to connect with many, displaying her sheer love for God. An avid believer in people, Lilibeth is most known for lighting up any room she walks into with her energy, zeal, and passion.

Pastor Manouchka Charles

Manouchka Charles is a speaker and pastor who is passionate to share the word of God with people of all ages and backgrounds. She is always bringing joy and hope to those around her. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Manouchka is now a part of the pastoral staff at VOUS Church in Miami, FL. Being a part of this community has made her faith and leadership grow as well as pushed her to who God has called her to be.

Stephanie Tomlinson is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. She has had the pleasure of serving the South Florida community for the last decade. There is one thing Ms. Tomlinson is extremely gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy.
